Mean Plot (linear and semilogarithmic)

Creates a mean concentration-time plot. One version has a linear Y-axis and the other has a logarithmic Y-axis. Each mean profile will have points and lines connecting those points on the plot. The user can decide to show or hide error bars. Output includes an image file (png format) and a data file (csv format).
