Spaghetti Plot (linear and semilogarithmic)

Creates a plot with multiple concentration-time profiles. One version has a linear Y-axis and the other has a logarithmic Y-axis. Each profile will have points and lines connecting those points on the plot. Output includes an image file (png format) and a data file (csv format).
